What is Pre-Order?

Stay ahead of trends with Pre-Order which allows you to purchase new styles before they are available anywhere else. 

How does Pre-Order work?

Items available for Pre-Order will have Pre-Order badges and estimated shipping dates available on the product description page. The “Add To Cart” button has been replaced with “Pre-Order” for your convenience. To see our current Pre-Order styles, please view here.

Full payment is collected at the time of order, and the goods are shipped as soon as they are readily available in our warehouse.

Can I order an available item and Pre-Order item in the same order?

Yes, you can purchase readily available items and Pre-Order items in the same transaction. Any items which are in stock at the time of order will be shipped immediately, and the Pre-Order items will be shipped once they are available.

What is the delivery time frame for Pre-Order items?

Pre-Order items are made available online 2-4 weeks before the estimated arrival date. All Pre-Order items will have an estimation date above the “Pre-Order” button.

What if there is a delay on Pre-Order items?

From time to time, there may be shipping delays on Pre-Order items which remain out of our control for reasons such as bad weather and port closures. In the event that there is a significant delay to any Pre-Order items, we will notify you via email with the new ETA date.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes or cancel your order please contact our customer service team here. If your order has already been shipped from our warehouse, we will be unable to make any changes.

Can I return my pre-order item?

Items purchased on Pre-Order can still be returned or exchanged in line with our Returns Policy. The return time frame begins when the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
